Neighbor Fest: A Community Resource Fair-Vendor Fee
Don’t miss this opportunity to network, meet new clients, and showcase your business, goods, and/or services to the community! This event is FREE to the community and is designed to inform Richmond Hill residents about all the wonderful businesses and resources available in their town! Sign up to be featured.
✨ Choose from a Regular Vendor Space or a Preferred Vendor Space to secure your ideal spot, with a vendor fees ranging from only $20-45 this community-focused event provides you with visibility and advertising before, during, and after the event to hundreds of locals. Advertising will be pushed out by the Richmond Hill Historical Society and Women in the Hill Networking Group. The fee provides you with a 10x10 foot space to put up a tent/ table/ chairs where you can sell goods, hand out swag, and/or host an activity to attract visitors. More space can be acquired for larger retailers I.e. bounce house rental companies, food trucks, etc.
✨ The vendor fee is waived for local non-profits. Please email me a copy of your Grounds Use Waiver, not-for-profit name, and a link to your website or service platform in order to be assigned a vendor space.

✨Once you have secured your spot, send a copy of your logo to Lauren Seaman at [email protected] and to sign the required Grounds Use Waiver.
✨ DAY OF INFORMATION ✨
- Event May 9, 2026 - 1-5 pm.
- Vendor set up opens at 10 am.
- You are responsible for providing your own tables/chairs/tents/etc.
- You are allowed to drive into the museum grounds to drop off tents/tables/chairs/products from 10-12. - Vehicle access is for drop off only - you may not park your vehicle at your vendor space. (exception is if your vehicle IS your business i.e a food truck and you must be parked in your dedicated oversized vendor space)
- AFTER 12 pm - the grounds will be closed to vehicles for safety reasons and you will need to walk supplies in after that.
- Vehicle access will reopen for clean-up at 5:15 pm. - this allows time for the event to come to an end, vendors to begin breaking down, and a pathway to be created for vehicle access. If you need to vacate before 6 pm, please create a plan that does not require vehicle access to the museum grounds (i.e. wagon, dolly, extra helping hands)
- Vendor Parking is across the street at the strip mall by Parker's gas station.
- There is no electricity provided (for safety reasons and we are a historic structure with limited wattage/output)
- Bring a generator if you need it
- Try to reduce the need for electricity with your setup - make it easy
- Make sure your payment methods are wireless/charged/ready to accept payments for your own business
- Our wifi does not reach the museum grounds and is therefore not available for use
- Public Restrooms are across the street at Parker's Gas Station Vendors may use Museum restrooms.
