Our objective is to serve the public by preserving and presenting the history of Bryan County and Richmond Hill.
Our goal is to encourage the continued expansion of economic opportunities and tourism in Bryan County and to encourage the historic preservation of artifacts, architecture and sites in the Bryan County area.
Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 7pm at the Richmond Hill Historical Society Museum on Ford Avenue (Georgia State Route 144). Each month a different program is presented featuring local authors, historians, films, etc.
Whether history was the class you dozed in or got a degree in, you'll have an opportunity to meet great people who share your interest in the place you currently call home.
